Insight Global is seeking a Service Desk Analyst in Kansas City, MO. This individual will serve as a primary point of contact for IT support requests, helping resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical issues while delivering excellent customer service to employees across the organization. Must-Have Qualifications
• 1+ year of Service Desk, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or related IT support experience
• Hands-on experience managing and resolving tickets within ServiceNow
• Knowledge of ITIL principles and service management best practices
• Experience supporting Microsoft Office applications, mobile devices, and end-user technologies
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Strong ticket documentation and organizational skills
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
• Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude
• Experience with PowerShell, Python, Java, or other scripting languages

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will provide front-line support for IT issues and service requests while working closely with users across the organization. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing ServiceNow tickets, supporting desktop and mobile technologies, documenting solutions, and ensuring timely resolution of support requests.
