Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Description:Examining customers' appliances and identifying the cause of appliance breakdownsPerforming maintenance work on customers' appliancesProviding rough estimates to customers on costs required to repair damaged or malfunctioning appliancesVisit clients’ homes and identify problems with their appliancesDisassemble and reassemble appliancesDiagnose and replace faulty partsExplain to clients how to use appliances properlyBill customers and collect payments as neededQualifications:Proven work experience as an Appliance Repair Service Technician or similar rolePreferred 5 years or more working as a Appliance Repair TechProven experience repairing, installing and maintaining home appliancesThe ability to use various hand toolsThe ability to stand for extended periodsThe ability to lift heavy objectsExcellent problem-solving skillsEffective communication skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredExperience working with WhirlpoolAppliances\nCompany DescriptionWe are a family-owned and operated company with over 29 years of experience and two locations.
